FABRIC DETAILS

How accurate are the fabric colors on my screen? Because of the difference in colors on different monitors there may be some variation in color between the actual fabric colors and the final colors when viewed on your screen. We do not guarantee a color match with your screen image. If you are interested in matching a particular color send us a swatch or ask us to send you our version of that color.

What are the specifications of your solid fleece? Our solid fleece is 100% polyester (heathers have a few % rayon). It is 59" cutable in width. It has an anti-pill finish on the face and is brushed on the back.

What are the specifications of your printed fleece? The printed fleece is 100% polyester. It is 59" cutable in width. It has a brushed finish on the face and the back.

What are the specifications of your sweatshirt fleece? The sweathshirt fleece is 85% polyester and 15% cotton (heathers have a few percent rayon). It is available in 2 weights: 14 oz. per linear yard (400 grams per linear yard) and 11 oz. per linear yard (310 grams per linear yard). It is 60" cutable in width and has a brushed finish on one face.

Do you carry rib for use with your sweatshirt fleece? Yes. We have 100% polyester 1x1 rib to match each of our sweatshirt colors. It is 24" tubular in width.

What are the washing instructions for your fabrics? We recommend a cold wash with like colors on delicate cycle with no bleach. A light tumble or hang drying. Do not iron.

AVAILABILITY

Are all of the fabrics on your site currently available? Yes, but we do run out depending on the orders we are getting. Solid colors are restocked while prints may not be resocked.

PAYMENT

What forms of payment do you accept? We accept payment with Visa, Mastercard, Discover or American Express credit cards or through PayPal. You can also make payment by check to: Trade Stream, LLC, 4136 49th St., Suite 2F, Sunnyside, NY 11104. Include a note listing what you are ordering, your shipping address, telephone number and email address, if you have one.

SHIPPING

How can I figure out the shipping charges? The easiest way to do this is to enter your order in the shopping cart. The shipping charges will be tabulated and appear on the page after you enter shipping and billing information but before your credit card information. You will not have made your purchase at this point.

How will you ship my order? Orders totaling less than 240 yards will be shipped via FedEx Ground. Transit time once we ship is usually between 2 and 5 business days depending on location. The shipping charge can be viewed before payment. We normally ship without requiring FedEx to have the customer sign for the delivery so that it can be left if they are not at home. If you would like to require a signture for delivery, you may do so.

Orders Totaling 240+ yards ship Free via long haul trucker to a commercial location. If shipping 240+ yards to a residence, school or church, we may need to add a surcharge. Please contact us to discuss how to avoid that charge. The delivery is a tailgate delivery. If you need help from the truck tailgate, or into your location, there is an extra charge. Transit time once we ship is usually between 4 and 8 business days. If you need to have your order delivered by a particular date, please contact us.

Can you ship my order faster? We try to accomodate a customer’s request to expedite their order. Please contact us at sales@fleece-fabric.com for further information.

Do you ship outside of the continental U.S.? Sorry, but we only ship to the lower 48 states.

Will I be able to track my order? Yes. When we ship your order we will email your tracking number to you.

ORDERING

I am having a problem using the shopping cart. It may be a problem with your browser. You can either update your browser by clicking here for either Internet Explorer or Netscape or order directly through us at sales@fleece-fabric.com. If you would like to order direct let us know what you would like and we will get back to you with the cost and alternate payment instructions.

Is online shopping with Fleece-Fabric.com secure? Yes, all information is encrypted and secure. Also, be assured that your information is only used to make your transaction. Your name will not be sold to any other company.

RETURN & DAMAGE POLICY

What is your return & damage policy? We accept returns within 30 days of the date of receipt. If our fabric is damaged or defective DO NOT CUT IT. CALL US IUMMEDIATELY. If you cut it, you own it. If it is not damaged and you would like to return our fabric for any other reason you would pay a 15% restocking fee and return shipping. The fabric must be in original and uncut condition.

REFUNDS

Can I get a refund? Yes. If we shipped your fabric, any money refunded would be subject to the Return Policy conditions above. If we did not ship your fabric, and you paid with a credit card, we will withhold 3% of the gross amount to cover the fee we pay for credit card charges.
