How
accurate are the fabric colors on my screen? Because
of the difference in colors on different monitors there may be
some variation in color between the actual fabric colors and the
final colors when viewed on your screen. We do not guarantee a
color match with your screen image. If you are interested in matching
a particular color you can order a swatch through the "Swatches"
link above.
What
are the specifications of your solid fleece? Our solid
fleece is 100% polyester (heathers have a few % rayon). It weighs
14 oz. per linear yard (400 grams per linear yard) and is 59"
cutable in width. It has an anti-pill finish on one face and a
brushed finish on the reverse.
What
are the specifications of your printed fleece? The
printed fleece is 100% polyester. It weighs 12 3/4 oz. per linear
yard (360 grams per linear yard) and is 59" cutable in
width. It has an anti-pill face and a brushed face on the reverse.
What are the specifications of your sweatshirt fleece?
The sweathshirt fleece is 85% polyester and 15% cotton (heathers
are 75% polyester, 12% rayon and 13% cotton). It weighs 14 oz.
per linear yard (400 grams per linear yard) and is 60"
cutable in width. It has a brushed finish on one face.
Do you carry rib for use with your sweatshirt fleece?
Yes. We have 100% polyester 1x1 rib to match each of our sweatshirt
colors. It is 24" tubular in width.
What are the washing instructions for your fabrics?
We recommend a cold wash with like colors on delicate cycle
with no bleach. A light tumble or hang drying. Do not iron.

AVAILABILITY
Are all of the fabrics on your site currently available?
Yes, but we do run out depending on the orders we are getting.
At the point we run out of a particular print or solid color it
will either be removed or noted as out of stock.
Do
you restock your prints and solids? Some of the popular
prints are restocked and all of the solid colors are restocked
on a regular basis.

PAYMENT
What
forms of payment do you accept? We accept payment
with Visa, Mastercard, Discover or American Express credit cards
or through PayPal. You can also make payment by check to: Trade
Stream, LLC, 4136 49th St., Suite 2F, Sunnyside, NY 11104. Include
a note listing what you are ordering, your shipping address, telephone
number and email address, if you have one.

SHIPPING
How
can I figure out the shipping charges? The easiest way
to do this is to enter your order in the shopping
cart. The shipping charges will be tabulated and appear on the
page after you enter shipping and billing information but before
your credit card information. You will not have made your purchase
at this point.
How
will you ship my order? We normally ship UPS Ground which
has a transit time of 4-5 days business days. Contact us at sales@nordicfleece.com
for alternate shipping methods.
How
soon after I place my order will it be shipped?
We are currently shipping out our door in 2 to 3 business days
after receipt of your order. Transit time from us to you must
be added to this and is usually an additional 4 to 5 days business
days with UPS Ground. Note that orders are subject to availability.
Can
you ship my order faster? We try to accomodate a customer’s
request to expedite their order. Please contact us at sales@nordicfleece.com
for further information.
Do
you ship outside of the continental U.S.? We ship to
Alaska and Hawaii but there is an extra charge. Please contact
us for how much that will be. We do ship to Canada. Please contact
us for shipping charges. We do not ship anywhere else.
Will
I be able to track my order? Yes. When we ship your order
we will email your tracking number to you.

I
am having a problem using the shopping cart. It may be
a problem with your browser. You can either update your browser
by clicking here for either Internet

or order directly through us at sales@nordicfleece.com.
If you would like to order direct let us know what you would like
and we will get back to you with the cost and alternate payment
instructions.
Is
online shopping with NordicFleece.com secure? Yes, all
information is encrypted and secure. Also, be assured that your
information is only used to make your transaction. Your name will
not be sold to any other company.

RETURN
POLICY
What
is your return policy? We accept returms within 30 days.
If our fabric is damaged or defective we will either replace it
or refund your money. If you would like to return our fabric for
any other reason you would pay a 25% restocking fee and return
shipping. The fabric must be in original and uncut condition.
